NEW ZEALAND OIL & GAS FARMS IN TO 25% OF KOHATUKAI

New Zealand Oil & Gas has agreed to acquire a 25 per cent interest in PEP 55768, onshore northern Taranaki, New Zealand, where the Kohatukai gas prospect is expected to be drilled in the fourth quarter of 2018.

31 December 2017.

The net loss attributable to shareholders for the period was $2.5 million, compared to a loss

(“OGOG”) announced today that all conditions to its partial takeover offer for New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited (“New Zealand Oil & Gas”) are either satisfied or waived. OGOG will acquire 67.55% of the New Zealand Oil & Gas shares it does not already own or control on or before Friday, 19 January 2018.

New Zealand Oil & Gas director Ducan Saville has resigned from the board following the announcement that OG Oil & Gas has passsed 50 per cent acceptances for its partial takeover offer and received Overseas Invetsment Office approval.

Chairman Resigns

New Zealand Oil & Gas Chairman Mr Rodger Finlay has announced his immediate resignation from the Board of Directors.  
He has served on the Board for six years and as Chairman since January 2016.
